| WHY
YOU SHOULD STUDY SPANISH AT INLINGUA PALMA DE MALLORCA
|
|
 |
| A
quality course .... in a wonderful environment |
|
Majorca is an incomparable island where tradition and progress
coexist in perfect harmony.
You can imagine how George Sand felt when she first came to
Majorca. In The Story of my life she wrote:
"This is the most beautiful place where I have ever lived
and one of the most beautiful I have ever seen".
|
|
Palma has kept a great deal of its past in its streets and
buildings. Walk down any street in the old town and you will
be drawn back to the past: the Gothic cathedral, the aristocratic
palaces, the Arab baths, etc., and when you wish, change direction
and you will discover a modern city where you can enjoy shops,
cafeterias, restaurants, cinemas and discotheques.
A varied offer of culture and entertainment will make your
stay in Majorca more interesting: the newly opened "Es Baluard"
museum makes the island a focal point for cultural tourism
and a landmark in the international exhibition circuit, along
with other museums such as the "Fundación Miró". And you can
always visit permanent and itinerant exhibitions, for instance,
at the "Gran Hotel" or the "Casal Solleric".
If you like music, you can enjoy live music in pubs and bars,
or go to concerts, opera and musicals all year round.
Majorca has magnificent beaches, beautiful scenery and the
ideal climate for those who like sun, diving or sailing.
You can also take part in numerous unforgettable excursions
on the island, with viewpoints overlooking the Mediterranean,
tiny villages hidden among orange and olive groves, where
time seems to have stood still, routes and paths for walking
or cycling, or perhaps discover that small agro-tourism hotel
you were seeking.
You can find all this and more in Majorca.
